- Trim both ends of the zucchini, then secure one onto a spiralizer. Rotate the handle to transform the zucchini into long, curly noodles. 
- Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté briefly for about 30 seconds, allowing its aroma to develop. 
- Add the zucchini noodles to the pan, tossing them gently for a minute until they are just warmed but still retain their crispness. Remove from heat immediately to prevent overcooking. 
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the noodles, season with kosher salt and black pepper, and give everything a final toss to combine the flavors. Serve immediately.
