Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 1 ½ cups baby spinach
  • cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk or other nondairy milk

Instructions

  • Begin by placing the frozen strawberries, banana slices, and baby spinach into your blender. Pour in the unsweetened vanilla coconut milk or your preferred nondairy milk. Start blending at a medium-low speed, using the tamper to help mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Once the mixture is well combined, increase the blender speed to medium-high. Continue blending until the smoothie achieves a very smooth and creamy consistency.
