Ingredients

  • 1 small head cauliflower broken into bite-sized florets
  • 1 small head broccoli chopped into florets
  • 4 Roma tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 1 carrot peeled and grated
  • 2 scallions finely sliced
  • pounds lean stew beef trimmed and cubed
  • 1 cup purified water
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fat Flush Curry Seasoning

Instructions

  • Place the cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, and grated carrot into the bottom of a 3½-quart (or larger) slow cooker. Scatter the scallions evenly over the top.
  • Add the cubed beef, ensuring it's evenly distributed among the vegetables. Sprinkle the cayenne pepper and Fat Flush Curry Seasoning over the mixture. Pour in the purified water to help create a gentle, flavorful broth as it cooks.
  • Secure the lid and set the slow cooker to low heat. Let it simmer gently for 6 to 8 hours, or until the beef becomes tender and the vegetables are cooked through, absorbing the savory flavors. Stir before serving to blend the ingredients evenly.
