  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until it’s evenly warmed. Add the butter and let it melt completely, coating the surface of the pan.
  • Gently crack the egg into the pan, taking care to keep the yolk intact. Sprinkle the salt and pepper evenly over the egg for seasoning. Allow the egg to cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes, ensuring the bottom sets firmly.
  • With a rubber spatula, carefully flip the egg to cook the other side. Let it cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the yolk is fully set and the whites are opaque. Once done, transfer the egg delicately onto a plate, ready to be served.
