Ingredients

  • cups Cranberry juice
  • 1 cup Red grape juice
  • 1 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 2 teaspoons Pomegranate molasses
  • 2 Clementines or substitute with orange or tangerine, thinly sliced
  • 1 long Cinnamon stick
  • 3 Star anise
  • 6 Whole cloves
  • teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1.5 teaspoons Fresh ginger juice from a 3-inch piece, finely grated and pressed

Instructions

  • Pour the pomegranate juice, red grape juice, and cranberry juice into a medium-sized saucepan. Add the pomegranate molasses, sliced clementines, cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, and freshly grated nutmeg. Set the pan over medium heat and bring the mixture gently to a simmer.
  • Once it begins to simmer, reduce the heat to low and let the spiced juices steep for 20 minutes. This slow infusion allows the warming spices and citrus to deeply flavor the blend.
  • Right before serving, stir in the freshly squeezed ginger juice to preserve its bright, spicy kick. Serve warm for a comforting, fragrant non-alcoholic mulled wine.
