Ingredients

  • 50 ml Evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 25 ml Freshly brewed espresso
  • 150 ml Double cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of finely grated orange zest
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Combine the double cream, evaporated milk, maple syrup, espresso, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and orange zest in a large jug or cocktail shaker. Add a generous amount of ice.
  • If using a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker becomes chilled to the touch. Then double strain the mixture into serving tumblers filled with fresh ice. If using a jug, stir the mixture thoroughly until fully blended, and pour into glasses over ice. Serve immediately for a creamy, spiced refreshment.
