Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 2 handfuls of broccoli florets
  • 1 cucumber
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • A knob of ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Aduna Moringa Powder

Instructions

  • Feed all the fresh ingredients—apples, kale, spinach, celery, broccoli florets, cucumber, lemon juice, and ginger—through a juicer, extracting every drop of nutrient-rich liquid.
  • In a serving glass, add the moringa powder to the bottom. Pour in a small amount of the freshly juiced mixture and use a spoon to stir until the moringa is fully dissolved, creating a smooth, lump-free paste.
  • Gradually top up the glass with the remaining juice, stirring continuously to ensure even distribution.
