In a medium bowl, combine the cashew butter, maple syrup, hemp seeds, golden milk mix, and sea salt if using. Stir thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
Gradually mix in the coconut flour, a little at a time, until the mixture reaches a moldable dough consistency—firm enough to roll, but not dry or sticky.
Taste the dough and adjust to your preference: more maple syrup for added sweetness, or a bit more golden milk mix for a spicier warmth.
If desired, gently swirl in softened or melted coconut butter for added richness and a marbled effect.
Scoop out portions of about 1 tablespoon each and roll gently into bite-sized balls. You should get roughly 12 balls from the batch.
These can be enjoyed immediately, or you can chill them in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to firm up. Optionally, roll them in shredded coconut or drizzle with melted coconut butter for a frosted finish. If frosted, chill again for about 10 minutes to allow the topping to set.
Store any remaining bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
