Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 12 oz. of Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 16 oz Can of Jumbo Biscuits

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with a generous coat of cooking spray.
  • Arrange the biscuit dough evenly across the bottom of the dish, pressing down to form a solid base.
  • In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain the excess grease and distribute the sausage uniformly over the biscuit dough.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour this mixture over the sausage and biscuits, ensuring an even coverage.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. If the top begins to brown too quickly, cover it with foil to prevent burning.
  • Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving. Enjoy your hearty breakfast bake!

Notes

You can substitute the sausage with bacon, sautéed vegetables, or meatless sausage.
