Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ½ teaspoon parsley flakes
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 medium russet potatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Start by slicing each potato lengthwise into halves. Then, halve each piece again lengthwise, and repeat once more with each quarter. This will yield 16 evenly-sized wedges. Gather your seasonings.
  • Place the potato wedges into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with paprika, parsley, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are thoroughly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Carefully arrange half of the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer for even cooking. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, use tongs to flip each wedge. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the wedges are crispy and golden. Transfer the cooked wedges to a plate.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining potato wedges.
  • Serve the wedges hot and enjoy your perfectly seasoned air fryer potato wedges!
